If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the standard delivery costs (where required by law), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we have received your notice of withdrawal.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that you have returned them, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging the returned goods to prevent transport damage during return shipping.
